5th Graders had REACH this past week. Students made posters in regards to their desired careers and shared with the class.
If you haven't sign up your newest Stockader - Kindergarten registration for the 2024-25 school year is open. Please complete the form (via the link below) by Wednesday March 27, 2024 if your child will be five (5) years old by August 1, 2024. Today's track meet at Seneca East has been cancelled due to weather!
Elementary Students taking ownership of helping to raise money for our new playground! With the help of Mrs. Felgenhauer, they created our fundraiser tracker!

Reminder that the Spring OHSAA meeting will not be in person. It will instead be a recorded meeting that will be posted for families to watch when convenient!

COMING THIS SUMMER 2024...The final design is in for the new elementary playground!
The boys basketball season came to an end last night at BGSU. The boys battled hard, but fell short - but by no means was this a disappointing season. The team accomplished many things during the season, including the following:
- First district championship since 2002, climbing and conquering the tough-SBC mountain of New Riegel, Calvert, and Hopewell-Loudon (in that order to win the District)
- Tied for second in an extremely competitive conference
- Four boys with all-district and all-conference honors
- 44 points in a quarter which was record breaking for Old Fort and a top-10 start in OHSAA boys basketball history
- One of the remaining 16 teams in Div. IV basketball in the state of Ohio
The 6 seniors will leave an everlasting mark on Old Fort Basketball history. The incoming classes and current players will be ready for another amazing run next season!

Head out to the BGSU Stroh Center for an awesome matchup tonight in the OHSAA Div. IV Regional Semi-Final between our Old Fort Stockaders, and the LCC Thunderbirds.
Be there. Wear White, and most importantly - BLEED BROWN AND GOLD!

UPDATE FOR TOMORROW:
There will be an Old Fort Boys Basketball send off tomorrow at 5:00 PM when the bus leaves the school. Please line yourselves and your cars up along Township Road 73 (through Old Fort) and down County Road 40 as they make their way to 53 and onto the Stroh Center. Be there, and be loud for our boys as they head off to the Regional Semi-Final!

ATHLETICS UPDATE:
The Spring OHSAA meeting is being moved back to March 17th due to the amazing run that the Old Fort basketball team is making. Don't worry folks - this is a great problem to have. We will meet that night at 6:00 PM.
