The 2025-26 Open Enrollment period will be made available on March 1st at 9am and close promptly on March 31st at midnight.
If you have multiple students, one form for each child will need to be submitted.

In order to process your application, a Proof of Residency must be submitted by one of the following ways:

UPLOAD to Final Forms

MAIL to Old Fort Schools, Attn: Brenna Blymyer, 7635 N CR 51, Tiffin, OH 44883
DROP OFF at the HS Office, Elementary Office or Board Office

The list of accepted Proof of Residency types can be found on page 2 HERE.
Only one proof is needed per student.

Open enrollment requests will be acted upon no later than April 15th, 2025.
