The 2025-26 Open Enrollment period will be made available on March 1st at 9am and close promptly on March 31st at midnight.
If you have multiple students, one form for each child will need to be submitted.
In order to process your application, a Proof of Residency must be submitted by one of the following ways:

DROP OFF at the HS Office, Elementary Office or Board Office

Only one proof is needed per student.
If you move out of your district of residency after your open enrollment with Old Fort is approved, a new open enrollment form needs to be completed and a new proof of residency supplied to us. This needs to be done each time you move into a new district that is not Old Fort, in the same school year.
Open enrollment requests will be acted upon no later than May 1st, 2025.
